With my third pregnancy, my feet are swelling so bad. I am not able to fit into my regular shoes and wearing shoes at all is very painful. Some days, I have to stand up a few hours at a time. This is important as I'm a beautician and cut hair for a living. I am not able to sit down very often. I don't think my feet will hold out the length of my pregnancy.
