I like sketching with charcoals and pastel chalk. This medium works really well for me as it's easy to transport and not at all messy like traditional paints. I have created several beautiful nature scenes and even shown some of my work in a local gallery. I am hoping to turn my love of sketching into a part time income. If others like what I'm doing, then maybe my hobby will become a good way to earn a living. That would be nice as I am due to have my baby soon and would love to spend the first year at home with him.
