My sister used a birthing ball for the birth of her son and raved about how much it helped with the pain. She told me how she felt almost none of the discomfort usually associated with birthing. I think this might be a good option for my son's delivery. And, I am hoping to get one to use. Can you please tell me about your experience with a birthing ball? Is this a good option for delivery to relieve pain?
