Hi guys!! Hope you all will be fine. This is a great platform to share your experiences regarding problems related to pregnancy. As you all know that some of the issues which encounter some women are fetus based and some are due to her own bodily functions. In some cases, women have severe morning sickness but it is a common symptom in early pregnancy. Nausea and vomit is also a common symptom which can be relieved by using some fresh juices. Some of the women face the problem of back ache which is caused by the softness of ligaments in joints which prepare the mother`s body for labor. Bladder and bowel movements also become very problematic during pregnancy and it can be avoided by adding healthy nutrients into your life and regular exercise. During pregnancy, some of the women develop darker skin due to formation of dark patches on the skin and it can be cured by using iron rich diet with added vitamin C. Varicose, cramps and swelling are also very common symptoms in some women during pregnancy and we can relief ourselves by maintaining a healthy life style with plenty of rest. Headaches and indigestion are also very frequent symptoms in pregnancy and they can be avoided by good diet with regular exercise.

Hey you raised a very helpful and important topic to discuss many of women should know about these situations I wish at my time you were there. women with high blood pressure have a higher risk of stress and many other similar problems (when the placenta separates from the wall of the uterus). The likelihood of preterm birth and low birth weight also is higher. HIV can be passed from a woman to her baby during pregnancy or delivery. Its important to know about these complicated situations.

Hello ladies.I am 23 weeks right now. I have had the most headaches ever with this pregnancy (my 3rd). When I was around 10-14 weeks I had lots of pain (felt like cramping) up high under my chest as well. The doctor told me it was most likely indigestion. I've never had indigestion in my life and therefore had no clue that's what it felt like. She advised me to take some Tums and it worked.my doctor also gave me caffeine pills and I would take them almost every day and then after about a month or two they just went away. so I would talk to a doctor. I haven't had indigestion since those few weeks. Now on to heartburn...(fun, fun!). Good luck and I hope the feeling goes away soon!!

Hey there. I hope that you're doing good. So yes I totally agree with you. This is a very important topic discussed here. I just want to add something. Pregnancy causes an increase in the hormones estrogen and progesterone. It affects almost all the parts of a woman's body. This can also result in the swelling of vocal cords. This means that pregnant women may lose the ability to reach high vocal cords. Joints of the body are also affected. They may experience joint and back pain. I've seen many women reporting memory loss during pregnancy. Swelling occurs all around the body. This is often followed by bloating. I'm glad that such an issue is discussed here to make women aware. Much love!

It's very useful information that you shared with us. It's very helpful things and we all should keep in mind during the pregnancy for a good health.I have also very issues during my pregnancy. Sometimes I feel my heart burns, then my doc told me that it is because of hormone change during this time. So that is why I was feeling like this. The doc suggested me to take calcium carbonate, an antacid that's also used as a calcium supplement.Don't take more than the dose recommended on the package. As any pregnant woman knows, morning sickness and vomit are common symptoms. I feel tiredness whole the day.I have also swelling of hands and feet. Then I took the medications as prescribed by my doc.A hygienic and fit body leads to the healthy pregnancy. But I have forgotten all my sorrows and pains when I took my baby in my hands. So every woman should consult with your doctor if you have a severe headache, vision changes, abdominal pain, decreased amounts of urine, or severe swelling of your hands or feet.If you are close to the end of your pregnancy and your blood pressure is quite high, you may need to deliver your baby before your due date. Delivering the baby is the only way to cure high blood pressure during pregnancy. May everyone has a happy and healthy life. Take care and Stay Blessed.

Girls, it may sound crazy to you but I wish I could feel all these pregnancy symptoms. I can't carry a baby by myself. I had 3 miscarriages on early terms. I felt really bad I should say. But I dream about healthy pregnancy, to feel my baby inside, to talk with my tummy... Anyway we're currently pregnant via surrogacy. So at least I can have this) I want to tell you girls to appreciate that you have this ability, to carry your baby and give birth. Even if sometimes you feel sick, you are still so lucky)
