Hello all, My sister is planning for her higher studies and for that she'll have to travel long distance everyday. But our locality is not that safe. I'm worried about her safety. I found a safety app( http://www.proteleccheckmate.com/products/checkmate-never-alone ) online and thought that it will add up safety for my sister when she's alone. I would like to get suggestions from you all regarding this app. Does anyone have this app installed?? Will this really help my sister in case of any danger?? Any suggestions regarding this are greatly welcomed. I would install this app in my sister's mobile on the basis of your suggestions. If you have any other suggestion, please let me know.
Hello, It is a good app. My friend uses it too. Her job starts in the wee hours of the morning. Sometimes her husband is away and she has to drive herself or take a cab to the station that early. I do not know much about it though. Like I have not heard her mention any challenges she has faced with the app. Or any gaps it might have that may put her security at risk. So, I am not in a position to critique it.
I have seen this app before. I think it works well. It is good to have things like this in life. Better safe than sorry I guess. At the other hand just the number of the local police would do too! That's what all these apps do. They call the police for you. There is another ap that is even better than this one. I know about it from a friend. It works so great. Like in cases where you cannot speak or something like that. It just calls the police on it's own with a sningle press. It checks your location and then infroms the police where you are. I think there were options on what the automated mail would sya... Like a thief is in my house and such. Anyway it is amazing that you care about your sister this much. God bless you both.
