In Ukraine, egg donation is regulated according to the provisions set forth in the Ukrainian Family Code and Civil Procedural Code, as well as the Law of Ukraine “Basis of Legislation of Ukraine about Health Care”.
Such regulations cover all patients undergoing a fertility treatment in order to achieve parenthood, whether they are Ukrainian or foreign citizens.
According to Ukrainian law, by egg donation we make reference to a reproductive treatment in which, having the patient signed a voluntary written consent in beforehand, a woman hands her eggs over to a couple or person needing fertility treatment.
Although it must be an anonymous, voluntary, and altruistic act above all, donors can be economically compensated for any inconveniences caused.
Donor eggs are used for in vitro fertilization (IVF) using either donor sperm or a sample from the prospective father. Embryos created from these reproductive cells will be later transferred to the maternal uterus, provided that the prospective mother has previously signed a written consent authorizing to do so.

    Hi Reshma,
Christy67 has pretty much covered it all. In Ukraine, unlike some countries in the world, egg donation is legal. The scientific methods there are very advanced. Compared to many countries all over the world, the cost of donor eggs in Ukraine is lower. People between the age of 18 and 35 are allowed to anonymously donate eggs for gains. There are over 30 fertility clinics in Ukraine where you can find donor eggs. There is no age limit for IVF in Ukraine. However, patients over 50 years are not accepted in some clinics due to health risks

Hello Reshma, how are you doing dear? I hope that this message find you well... You see dear egg donation is a little bit complicated. I think that your best bet would be to consult a professional. They will tell you more about it. Or if that is out of your reach search Ukrainian clinic online. Once you find one that seem good enough. Try contacting them and they will tell you much more. As far as my knowledge goes Ukraine is a haven for fertility treatments. Some of the best prices and the best quality on the world! However make more researches before deciding finally. I don't want you to make something that you will regret later. These things take time and patience... I hope that you are 100 percent sure that you want this. God bless you and keep on fighting.

Hey there, I underwent my DE treatment done in Ukraine and my experience was unexpectedly amazing! Although the procedure was tedious and painful a bit, in the end, it was all worth it as I got to have two beautiful children in my arms(twins). The doctors at my clinic were preferably really good and had expertise in this field! Well, what I researched before going for the treatment in Ukraine was that, according to the Ministry of Healthcare in Ukraine, all egg and sperm donors are anonymous. For international patients, egg donors can be identifiable on unique occasions but only if the donor signs a voluntary consent of personal data disclosure. Egg donors can only donate between the ages of 18 and 35 years. There is no centralized donor database so potential donors can donate repeatedly. However, clinics point out that many works to European standards and ESHRE guidelines which permit donation only six times. In my clinic, there was the in-house database of donors of young age and all with greatest qualities and mostly college students! They helped us a lot in finding the right donor matching our personal traits and we got the best one! This was how I experienced!

Hello. I've gone through surrogacy in Ukraine. But I also know that they are famous for their egg donation service. As far as I know they offer a large base of egg donors and surrogate mothers. It allows you to start program just after signing up contract with no wasting time on searching for a donor. Before starting an egg donation program you will have to go through different analyses. You will get the list from your doctor. Whatever medical examinations you need within your program, they all are covered by your contract. So, there's no need to pay extra money. You will be allowed to choose the package, which suits you best. They offer one attempt of donation or multiple attempts. The price depends on the package, of course.
Clinics there are really cool and have all modern equipment. Doctors take a good care of their patients. My son was born absolutely healthy that's why I'm really glad that I've chosen the surrogacy.
