This seems to be a common issue. That is a heartbreaking story, frist of all. I am really sad for you my friend. It is hard when the thing you love ends up killing you... Be it figuratively or goddamn literally! I say this is a common problem because I faced it too. It was really devastating to see the cure you need, yet not be able to get it.
