Joining a women's gym

    Recently, I've begun walking for my good health and it's doing a good job of helping me maintain my calm. Also, I want to join a women's gym as they cater to a woman's needs. I am not much into those big muscle building gyms but would want something that offers more privacy and caters to a woman's work out style. I like fun, high energy work outs that leave me feeling good without wearing me out. These work outs should be available for beginners up to advanced (with advanced moves for more in shape women). I have not found this as some of the coed gyms that cater to the most elite fitness. I'm hoping they will have this available at a local women's gym.

    Well, when I was looking for a workout place to shed post pregnancy weight this is exactly what I had in mind. Even after trying few places I was not satisfied and needed something more relaxing and fun. I had yoga in mind but felt it was boring. But then my trainer showed me the link (https://verv.com/where-does-yoga-is-boring-myth-come-from/) and till then I can't think my life without relaxing and fun yoga sessions.
