My infant son is always spitting up. And, though I wipe his mouth and face and hands, I feel like maybe he needs more than the average one bath per day. I feel guilty for not giving him more than one bath a day, though I'm sure he is clean. I always change his bib and clothing and make sure he has a fresh diaper. Is it alright to just wipe him down after a spit up? I don't want him to catch a chill during the cold weather. Please help.
