Exercises for dealing with PCOD

    Hi
    Need help from all my friends who are dealing with PCOS/PCOD, if possible can u people share online exercise video links which will helps us not only in reducing our weight in turn getting us closer to our dream of having our child.
    Asking this favour as I am not able to maintain a strict GYM regime and brisk walking is not helping much.I think my body has become use to of it.
    Can tell about my routine now a days as I need to get in proper health before my IFV
    1. 20 times suryanamaskar in the morning which takes nearly 30 minute
    2.Skipping for 10 minutes twice in a day
    3.Brisk walk for half an hour in evening.
    Help me what else can I do at my home itself?
    My Height is 5.4 ft and weight is 70 kg.
    Will come soon with my diet chart and asking for ur help again ;)
