I miss my daughter's toddler days so much! Some days, I wish she were three years old again as she always loved snuggling in my lap then. Now she barely says two words to after school and seems wrapped up in her own world of games and friends. I want things the way they were before when I was her emotional blankie. I loved those times.

I am waiting for some results so yeah... Waiting is really tiring isn't it? I love toddlers too. I completely get what you mean. In your case it is more heartfelt tho. Missing the toddler days of your child is something beautiful. Personally I love every toddler in the world. Doesn't matter if it is related to me or not. You know what tho?
