    Hi everyone,
I'm a mother who is in early 30's. I'm here to share one sad experience. I had two miscarriages in at the age of 25 and 28. Now due to gods grace, I am pregnant again. It is a feeling that cannot be expressed. My hubby and I are excited as well as nervous. I really went depressed after the two miscarriages. I always wonder how that miscarriage happened to me. Because I was very careful during that period. But now I'm happy since I got conceived again.

Pregnancy is the time when a woman requires more mental support and strength. I have heard that birth doulas provide comfort before, during and after the birth. My friend hired a doula during her last months of pregnancy. She told me that the doula gave her a good experience during the delivery and she suggested me to hire the same birth doula even before the delivery as it would be a help to me. She also suggested me to go for prenatal yoga classes in order to have a normal delivery. I also have heard that prenatal yoga is very beneficial during pregnancy period. Anyways I have decided to obey her words.....and am eagerly waiting to deliver a healthy baby.

Hello there dear. How are you doing today? I hope things are going smooth for you. I also wish that this post find you well love. First of all congrats on your pregnancy. I am really happy that you completed this dream of yours. You went through a lot and it is only fair to be happy now. I am sorry about that. Two miscarriages is a horrible thing to go through. Be strong my dear as this is all over. Now better days await you. Let this be an example to all of us that you should never give up no matter what. Your story is an amazing one. A story that everyone shall hear. You went throygh a lot and nevrr gave up. Thats the key to success if you ask me.

    Hi Sania,
I have not heard about prenatal yoga. Kindly share more about it. Is it just like regular yoga? I am waiting for an OTD and if it is a success I want my baby to have the best chance of survival. I just finished IVF at BioTexCom and I am 7dp5dt. Someone also told me about doulas though I have not seen anyone around me hire them. I hope yours goes smoothly.
