How are benign polyps and tumours leading to infertility? I became infertile and I don’t know what to do. It all started from ignorance and lack of firsthand information concerning my health. I had realised when it was too late that all my fallopian tubes had blocked. I could not get pregnant as fertilisation could not take place in my fallopian tubes. Little did I know it was the effect of fibroids. As usual and like everyone else I went for the further check up. From my trusted doctor, I was done several scans which almost made the little hope that was left in me to fade away. That alone was not enough. The pain that I was undergoing through was beyond measure. I always tried to hold my tears but they could easily flow by themselves. I was hopeless and despair was hanging precariously above my head. On doing my in-depth research, that is when I realised there is another easy way out. And that is the option of either to undergo tubal ligation or to go undergo IVF egg donation. Until now I am in doubts what to do. Everywhere I go the procedure of regaining fertility is so expensive. I am fearing my life might be in danger.

Hi Wmw. I can really feel it for you. Having undergone such a painful experience for lack of a child is very demotivating. You got to stand tall and stamp your feet down and make a firm decision on what you really want. I know it is very painful to pass through that but still with the best fertility treatment you can smile and forge ahead. I can't support tubal ligation but I would advise you to go for IVF. If done correctly by the right professionals, I can promise you that you can't regret. I did it at BioTex and I can smile now. It is not too late for you. Take heart and be strong.
