Doing mild exercises is good for your as well as your baby's health. You should stop exercise if you experience bleeding in the second or third trimester, multiple pregnancy, lung and heart disease, Severe anemia, premature dilation and Placenta previa after 26 weeks. Hope you find this helpful.

Hello, Susan! I hope you are doing great now. Doing light workout is good to you. But when you reach 5 months above in your pregnancy journey, I think you better stop it. It might cause danger to you and your baby. Just wait until you can give birth and then back to your normal routine.

In your first trimester, you probably don't look pregnant yet, so make sure your exercise coaches and workout buddies know that you are expecting. It can help to do a warm up. Five minutes of stretching before your workout will help your muscles prepare for exertion. You should also do a cool down. Most exercises are safe to perform during pregnancy, as long as you exercise with caution and do not overdo it, The safest and most productive activities are swimming, brisk walking, indoor stationary cycling, step or elliptical machine and low-impact aerobics (taught by a certified aerobics instructor). Most experts agree that exercise during pregnancy with your doctor's okay can lower miscarriage risk and make mom and baby healthier (by reducing stress, aches and pains, gestational diabetes risk and even building up stamina for labor).

Hi there. How are you? Congratulations for your pregnancy. I think you should not work in 1st trimester. Even in 2nd and 3rd trimester you should not have work load. How ever work with no load is allowed. Please take care of your self. You are the responsible for your child's health as well. Many work places have number of stairs which may create some difficulty. You may go out with workers. Please don't take any type of stress. What should be more important to you is your own and child's health. You may find a job to work online. Good Luck. Take care of your diet and health.

Hi Susan! In response to your question I would like to share my story. With my first pregnancy I did it all, continued surfing and beach jogging to 5 months, road my bike up big hills to 9 months, etc . I had a lovely healthy girl and natural birth. Then in my second pregnancy before I knew I was pregnant I ran a marathon. I really pushed myself and later found out I was pregnant and miscarried at 8 weeks. 3rd pregnancy likewise I was training hard and learned of my pregnancy at around 6 weeks and miscarried at 8 weeks. Now I am pregnant again and being very cautious excersize wise. It is killing me as I love being active and I feel a bit down. I am 9 weeks and seem to have a big belly already! I go for a walk most days and sometimes the stair master at the gym. I think I will start doing a little more once I pass 14 weeks. I would suggest you to talk to your doctor, look at your general condition and then decide

Hello! i think its really great that you plan to stay active for your pregnancy. as long as you don't overexert yourself, I think it is absolutely great, and it will really help you keep on your toes all throughout it. I myself have not carried my own children. they were brought into the world with the help of a wonderful surrogate mother. there is this Ukrainian clinic that is really state of the art, it offers the best services and I felt really satisfied with them. we had a lovely surrogate, and we kept up to date with her health too. the clinic takes care of them a lot too, and I notices that she did do some mild exercises, and even some yoga, she would walk and stroll around and keep herself active, and strongly believe that that was the reason that we had such a good birth too. she had a relatively easy birth. there were no complications, and my baby came into the world very smoothly. it really does pay to take care of your body while pregnant. I hope that everything works out well for you, and I wish you and your family the best of luck!

No you have to stop now. As you are pregnant it's not good for your baby. He is going to get hurt by this. Try to take care of yourself allot. You'll start working out after sometime. Don't worry. Just pause it for a while. Best of luck for the journey. Take care.
