    Hi,

I was an international student and pursued my graduation and post graduation here. I started doing a part time job during my post graduation. Now, I am a permanent resident and after completing my education, I was working here for the last five years. Now, I wish to start a small business here and I was in search of a suitable building for that. I have found one, but I don’t have enough money to buy it.

So, I am planning for a mortgage finance now. In my search, I found several mortgage brokers in Toronto. But before consulting them, I have to clear some of my confusions regarding this. What all documents should I produce before them for getting a mortgage service? As an immigrant, is it challenging for me to get a mortgage? Please help me if anyone knows more about this. Thank you.
