Who cares for your baby while you are at work?

I had to go back to work just six weeks after my baby was born. I didn't want to leave him in the care of strangers at a day care, so I have arranged to have my mother in law sit with him during the day when I'm gone. She seems more than happy to do the job and I feel my baby is safer with her than anyone else.

I wish that I could be there for my son during this precious part of his life but it's not financially possible. With our medical expenses, I have to work. So I have no other option. Still I feel very guilty.

Who do you trust to care for your baby while you are away or at work?

My mom comes to the apartment to babysit when I have to work. She helps me with the house and usually has a meal cooked by the time I get home from work.

You are really lucky that your baby is perfectly happy with your mother in law. It is the safest place than going for a nanny care service.

Yes, you are lucky because your baby will be safe in your mother-in-law 's hands. I wish to go back to work and we are planning to hire a nanny through online nanny services to look after my baby because my mother-in-law is living abroad. I hope that we will find a trustworthy nanny. I would like to know your suggestions about getting online nanny services.

I and my wife, both of us are working. Earlier both of us used to take leaves alternatively. But it has turned out to be a problem in both of our companies where we work. Now we have my mother looking after our child. The child, as well as my mamma, is happy :)

Sometimes I find it hard to leave my baby even with our family members. I cannot imagine myself hiring a nanny. Didnt you hear so many stories about them being careless and stupid? It has to be someone you can trust the life of your love to. There is no one from strangers who would care about your baby as much as you do. They are responsible for our children, but a lot of them are not even qualifies to be a nanny. Some of my friends hired teenagers to look after their infants. I cannot get the idea of braveness to do so. Like is the teenager even capable of looking after himself?? They are so careless and inexperienced… To conclude, I would never rely n a nanny. Especially on a young nanny with no experience and qualifications. The best choice is staying at home on your own and as soon as you feel like taking the baby with you - do so. I have not considered anyone but my mom and my husband’s one. That is why you have to look further and before getting a child, earn enough to sit at home for while. I know it sounds cynical, but it is kinda true.
