As a full time writer and blogger, I'm often working at the computer from early morning until late at night. Over the past few years, I have noticed weight gain and bad posture. My skin does not feel as tight as it once did. I'm worried that serious damage is being caused to my system by my work schedule and lifestyle. Please help me correct this issue.

Even I work long hours in front of the computer. I have gained a lot of weight since my pregnancy period. I wasn't very lean before but I was maintaining my BMI ratio. Now my BMI has raised to 27, which is quite high. I am considering a liposuction procedure in Toronto after my delivery and my nursing period. I have heard from my friends that a liposuction procedure can tighten loose skin. I was going through a few plastic surgeons reviews and have decided to proceed with the procedure. But before undergoing any cosmetic procedure you should ensure whether you are an eligible candidate for the procedure.

Hi Dear! I also have been through the same so my only advice to you is that you need to take time out for yourself. I understand that you work for long hours but at least every half an hour or 45 minutes just get up from your desk and walk a bit. Also if you can go for a walk in morning or join a gym to keep your body fit. I am a HR consultant and obviously I also have to sit for long hours because of which I have gained hell lot of weight and now I am trying really hard to shed it. Because weight and obesity is a home to whole lot of other problems and issues. Diabetes, thyroid, PCOS to name a few. I am not trying to scare you here but just kind of advising you to move for your health.
